At Roma, we are proud to open our doors and host Tours to our friends, neighbours, businesses and anyone interested in learning more about company culture! We are so proud to host tours, that we dedicated a section of our website to it.

Recently, during an interview, a candidate asked, “Why do you host tours, and how do they affect your bottom line?” It’s a fair question, and one that sparked me to write this blog today.

I first learned about company tours from our good friends at Zappos.

5 years ago they opened their doors to me and a few thousand other people to gain valuable insights into their work/life culture. The Zappos tour helped change my life, and our company. I believe it’s changed the lives of many people around the globe, simply by offering us a glimpse into what’s possible!

Since my first Zappos Tour January 25th, 2011, I’ve been privileged to return several more times with people on our team. Its one thing to talk about the tour, but it’s another to experience it in person!

Experience Our Culture

Having learned from the best and been inspired by their generosity, as a company, we decided to host tours at Roma Moulding. Culture Tours at Roma are truly our way to give back to the world. It’s an opportunity to open our doors and share our knowledge with our community, business partners and people of all ages!

Our Tours have reached as far as Vancouver to Quebec, California, to New York. We’ve hosted numerous businesses from the print and luxury automotive industries to the gaming and framing industry professionals! Today, our Tours have expanded, and range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes, all aiming to give as much value as possible!

Tours are by no means a line on our income statement, but rather, an initiative worth 100 times more!!! The value here lies in simply helping other people see what’s possible and inspiring them to take positive proactive actions for the betterment of their people, teams, companies and humanity.

I recently watched a short video excerpt from Tony Robbins titled, Contribution, The Key to Happiness This video not only shares the why to our tours, it also shares the universal truth of simply doing something to help others!
